Intellectual Property

MailShorts and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MailShorts and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We do not claim ownership of the newsletter content you access through our service. However, by using MailShorts, you grant us the right to process and display that content within the app to provide our service features, including summarization and text-to-speech conversion.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Use the service to access, distribute, or store content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing on third-party rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
